Saved pages waiting for upload remain in the extension’s Uploads screen. Open it to check the error and retry after reconnecting. Instagram may limit access to private, deleted or restricted posts.

Check extension setup for installation and sign-in steps. Review Instagram capture limits or website snapshot limitations when a saved reference is incomplete.

To change or cancel Pro, open Plan & usage. Deleted references stay in Archive for seven days, where you can restore them.
